HR and Comms
The HR team work with all services to ensure that staff are recruited fairly, inducted properly, trained and supported during their time at TDC. As a team we get involved with in array of tasks, from advertising, interview panels and writing contracts through to writing policies, organising work experience, training and advising managers at meetings.
Communications is an ever growing part of what we do at TDC, as we need and want to make our residents aware of things that will affect them, such as changes to waste collections, and also exciting projects that are happening in the area. Our team are skilled in writing press releases, social media posts and creating eye catching displays.
Our Customer Services team are the first point of contact for those ringing and visiting TDC offices, providing support and advice about a variety of services that we offer.
